Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Haabr (operated by Siba Traders), we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. To ensure clarity, we’ve outlined our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds below.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. A payment gateway charge of 2% will be levied on prepaid orders for cancellations.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. For prepaid orders that are returned, a handling charge of ₹75 will be deducted from your refund if the order is shipped back to us.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
For paid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 4-5 business days of cancellation acceptance.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your Haabr experience, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our guidelines for returns and refunds:

No Returns on Delivered, Opened, or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect products, you must provide an unboxing video with the product in its original packaging.
3. Refund Guidelines
If you wish to request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, a refund or exchange will be processed after verification within 4-7 business days.

Non-Delivery Issues: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact customer support within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is accepted, processing may take up to 5-6 business days. For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the provided bank account within 5-6 working days.
4. Return Policy
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, you may be eligible for a return or exchange:

Damaged, Broken, or Leaked Products: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing flaw, you are entitled to a return or exchange. This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Missing or Incorrect Items: Please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery for claims regarding missing or incorrect items. Provide relevant proof (unboxing photos or videos) for verification.

Damaged Goods in Transit: If your product was damaged during transit (broken, leaked, or missing items), please notify us within 24-36 hours of receipt. A refund or exchange will be processed after verification within 3-4 business days.
5. Product Sensitivities
Our perfumes contain natural extracts. While they are crafted to enhance your experience, we are not responsible for any reactions caused by sensitivities to specific ingredients. Please conduct a patch test before use, as recommended with each product. Returns will not be accepted based on specific sensitivities or allergies.
